Join us on November 28th in Brussels for a highly interactive experience of your Customer’s Journey, facilitated by Philippe Bertinchamps, Founder of Facilitatis for Individual and Team Development.

Facilitation is a method designed to explore rich and complex issues in search of inspiration, innovation, and clarity. This event is for all of us who serve customers — at work, at home, and out in the world — to gain insights into their experience of the products and services we provide.

During this workshop, Philippe will apply radical rules that guide us to visualize how we can activate more efficient and creative behaviors within teams through facilitated serious play!

Based on the «Lego Serious Play Designing Workshops Methods» created by Robert Rasmussen, former Head of R&D for LEGO.We look forward to welcoming you on November 28th!

Doors open at 18:00 for registration, networking and apéro dinatoire. Workshop starts promptly at 18:30 and runs until 21h.

We have a maximum capacity of 42 seats.

Philippe Bertinchamps is the founder of Facilitatis, a company specialized in Facilitation, Coaching, and Training.

He animates facilitation workshops helping people and teams find creative solutions to solve complex issues. He coaches individuals, leaders and teams facing creative processes, negotiation challenges, transitions or transformations, and ready to grow and learn. He provides relevant insights into true communication, servant leadership, and collective intelligence. Facilitating interactions between people and activating positive behaviors using proven methodologies.

Philippe is an experienced sales director of a large-scale distribution network in the financial sector. He holds a Masters in Communication from UC Louvain and an Executive Masters in Management from Solvay. He is a certified practitioner of Insights Discovery and LEGO Serious Play.
